Business - Employment exchange focusing on unorganized sector jobs - handyman, maids, drivers, office boys etc.

Need -

1. It is tough for employers to find reliable service providers

2. It is tough for service providers to find good employers

3. Unscrupulous elements play in the space, pocket huge commissions, but provide very poor service. e.g. look at the maid agency adverts in the newspapers; most ask for upfront payment and then fail to arrange to service provider.

4. Exploitation of service providers - many of the maid agencies get (young) service providers from far off villages by paying off their parents; bordering on human trafficking. These service providers are paid a pittance, like 2,500 per month, while a string of middlemen pocket bulk of money.
